  1. Inactive account fee, seriously?! They were charging fee for me not being logged in to the account. $49/month during 6 months in a row. $300 gone with no any notice. Rats.

  2. I read all the comments about CoinsBank because I also have a problem now and I was preparing to expose it here. I think the most correct would be to say my whole experience with this company: I opened the account in 2017 and since then I have made several deposits and one withdrawal. At one of the deposits, the time until the money came in lasted about a month. I don’t rule out that I didn’t complete everything correctly (that’s what I was told), the others went pretty OK. So is withdrawal.
The problem now arises when I have tried to make several withdrawals, which have not yet been processed. I contacted customer service who after a few days answered me and told me that there were some technical problems and that payments were late. About 2 weeks have passed since then. I contacted them before, but I did not receive any answer. Does anyone else have such problems?
I’ll be back when I have more information!

    I returned as promised:
In the afternoon, the requested transfers were initiated. Two of the 3 have been successfully completed.

  3. If you have been defrauded by coinsbanks.com join us on Reddit to gather together and find the responsible people behind this! Together we stand stronger!!!
(Just search coinsbank on Reddit and you will find my post)

  4. Very disappointed with this company, I placed my request for withdrawal and still didn’t have any confirmation and doubt that I would have any because their support never answers, well, they don’t even open new tickets…don’t know what to do, is there any way to come my money back?

  5. Took ridiculous fees, withdrawal not possible. I got to know them on the coinscruise they “organized”. If I’d have known back then how u handle your business you wouldn’t have left the ship.

Ukrainian and Eastern Europe criminal connection without any blockchain knowledge. If you know current private addresses of them, let me know.
