Bought a nice Transit last month from Time Motors and I would recommend to anybody looking to buy a van. The van was a good price, tidy for its age and in better condition than anything else I’d seen within this budget. The lads were sound as a pound they did everything they said they would and even followed up the sale with a call to check I’m happy. Top service, nothing but top marks!!
I had been looking on auto trader for a new van when I came across the Renault Traffic that was up for sale on Time Motors Profile. 2 hours later I was on my way down to the garage. This as the easiest purchase I have ever done, it was so smooth. I test drove the van at my own leisure for about 20 minuets and from start to finish there was no pressure in the slightest. I dint think buying a vehicle could be this easy!
I came down to Time Motors to buy a Citroen Berlingo and to part exchange my Range Rover, I got a very fair price for my part ex and to top it off they said they would deliver the van to me! I am really liking my Berlingo, it is spot on and drives exactly like a car! I was a little concerned about the mileage on the van but it had a full service history and had clearly been well looked after so it has been well worth the purchase and I am continuing to be a good custodian of the van. I am a big fan of the transporter vans, I like to look after mine and keep it for as long as I can so when mine got written off I was a bit lost for where to turn. I found a much newer Transporter for sale with Time Motors and thought it would be worth wile taking a look at it when I arrived at time I was given the keys and able to have a good look round it and go for a test drive. I was very impressed with it. I wanted to proceed with the purchase but had concerns about the timing belt, this was no problem for the team at time they got that changed without hesitation. While I was at Time I found the lads to be very nice to deal with, I am a big car enthusiast and the owner spent time with me showing me his personal collection which I thoroughly enjoyed! I have had the Transporter for a few weeks now and it runs absolutely fine! It is a major upgrade from my last one and has a lot more bells and whistles. I have big plans for the van and hope to keep it for many years to come.
The aftersales at Time Motors is unbelievably good! The first week I had it the battery fell flat so I was a bit stuck as for what to do. I gave Ryan a call, and he said if I can get the van back to him, he will sort it no problems at all. I managed to get the van running again, and drove straight to Time Motors. I arrived there, and within 20 minutes I had a brand new battery put in, no messing about or delays. They really have been an incredible dealership to buy from, I cannot sing their praises enough. They are so very deserving of the 5 star review, I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!
In terms of service I couldn’t be happier. They were helpful, friendly, easy to chat to and answered all of my questions and handled things very very well and got the deal done rather quickly too.
