This exchange is full of scam. I don’t even consider them as an exchange. I need at least a year to get their attention. I hate their support. They keep stealing all our money. Give back my money.
Compared to other mainstream exchanges, this one is terrible. Prices are much higher, service is very slow and support staff are arrogant. They did me a huge favour by being so. I shifted my funds to another exchange and got 3x more crypto for the same price. Thank you LATOKEN. I can provide proof.
Give me back my money that you stole, thieves!
UPDATE: LATOKEN HAS NOT YET RESPONDED TO MY UPDATE, I PROVIDED THE TRANSACTION HASH BUT I STILL DONT KNOW ANYTHING REGARDING MY DEPOSIT. WHEN WILL IT BE REPROCESSED. NO REPLY EITHER.
I have submitted a request as my 3.5K deposit is not visible, they promised they were going to reprocess the deposit but all I get is” our team is working on it will let you know” this is completely unacceptable for a financial services organisation. I challenge latoken to resolve this publicly, we are talking about unjustified holding of money. Can LATOKEN take responsibility and resolve immediately to make customers believe in your organisation again.

Thanks for replying…the response from latoken for almost 3 weeks has been…. “This deposit has been processed to our platform once our services were temporarily unavailable, therefore it needs to be reprocessed manually to be deposited to your account.
Once our tech team will have done so, you will be notified”. The transaction was… Transaction hash

Please resolve or tell me how long will this take. If your service was unavailable why were customers not notified so as to avoid transactions at the time.

Unable to log in since their update, cannot get any info on how to rectify the situation. I put in to reset my password and I got a message saying my email address was not a known user.
Im using several exchanges from Bitstamp to Binance, I like Latoken for quick customer support, if I have any issues, i get resolved very fast, well, yeah sometimes you wait but never been more then 24h.
Night or day, you got response from support.
They got some quite interesting IEOs to check on.

They suddenly introduced a ‘dormant account fee’ out of the blue. They say send an email (only one?) but I never got it. And no, it’s not in the spam folder. And yes, I do get all their other emails. So now they just take $5 per month from your account if you don’t login. Absurd!
I was invited by a friend who is into crypto to join latoken and try it out. I have to say, they make crypto easy. When I contacted their customer service for a question, they were friendly and helped me get started fast. This is a hidden gem in the crypto world. Definitely recommend 5/5.
Latoken’s application is quite seamless. I haven’t had any issue trading on it. I think although they’re relatively new, Latoken is still an awesome exchange for listing projects and trading cryptocurrency.
LAToken is one of several exchanges where I do like to sell rare altcoins because of the good liquidity and spreads, plus user-friendly interface and fast support team responses. The only case I have with some glitches was in December when the exchange launched LAToken 2.0 with the redesign and new trading engine. But they fixed it pretty quick.
