About company:

TrustWallet wallet is designed for buying, selling, storing crypto money. Trust Wallet is the wallet of the Binance trading platform, so many users know the app in connection with trading activities.
The wallet developers report that they paid special attention to the security and confidentiality of client data. The program does not store any data other than the address. It is stated that no one, except the owner of the account, can log into your personal account or restore access to it if it is lost.
TrustWallet is based on a Web3 browser, which means that the wallet can be “embedded” in decentralized applications. This is one of the main reasons for the popularity of the program.

The developers report that the rate is as close as possible to the market at the moment.
How to use TrustWallet
Working with Trust Wallet begins with installing the platform and registering:
First you have to download the application on the official website of the company, in Playmaker or AppStore.
After installing the program, you need to click the “Create” button.
A 12-word passphrase will be generated for the user. It must be copied and stored in a safe place. It is important to write down this phrase! It will be needed to access the wallet, restore it in case of losing the password. However, the key must be kept secret.
Next, there will be a small system check – you need to put the keywords in the correct order.
Then the user enters the personal account. All available cryptocurrencies are not immediately displayed there. You need to choose the main currency of the wallet yourself.
In the settings there is an option “Wallets”. There, by clicking on the plus sign, you can create additional wallets.
To send or request a cryptocurrency, just click on its name on the main page. The program sends the user to a menu where the recipient’s address must be entered. You can also copy the code to receive funds there.
In the upper right part of the page there is a link to the current market data, the current exchange rate, trading volumes.
Trust Wallet limits and fees
Buying and selling cryptocurrency can be done by replenishing the wallet with a credit or debit card. Replenishment from the card will be suitable at the current exchange rate of the client bank. The transaction fee is 3.5% or $10, depending on the transfer amount.

The minimum transaction is $50.

  1. A lot of fake reviews from “Recovery Experts”. Don’t contact any of them! Trust Wallet is a private wallet, so you are in control of your own keys.

  2. Very very bad service. Transfered my funds from a company in to this wallet this is after paying alot of fees to have access to my withdrawal even still with my wallet having my funds in I had to pay extra fees to have this in a ”Global Bank which is part of Trust wallet. Absolutely scam. Then he keeps pestering me to pay the fees and get the withdrawal done. Absolutely shocking. I told the agent I am not interested to go ahead and will close the wallet and delete it which I have. Lost a lot of money because of this Trust wallet people. Very un professional and making making scams.
On with the bank who will try and retrieve the money. The company to watch out for too is
Elitefxinvestment.live. Just making money and the return is nothing.

  3. I just make a simple test, and I lost all my money (0.13 BNB —48 €) Please don’t use this service!

  4. My account was emptied without exposing my phrase. Reported the issue to their support. Sent them the transaction history but they couldn’t help. They said maybe my trust wallet is fake.

  5. Polygon was sent to my Trust Wallet from my Coinbase account. Coinbase confirmed the trransaction. But it’s been one week and I’m yet to see anything in my so called “Trust” Wallet…

  6. Total Scam. This trust s**t wallet is a piece of crap and not worth it.

  7. Of all the wallets I’ve used this is the best.

Can buy crypto from within the app and it has a dapps tab so you can use pancakeswap from right in the app.

  8. My honeymoon with Trustwallet lasted less than 2 hours!
    That’s how fast my
deposited 3012 FTM (8000.-$ at time of loss) were stolen.
In a dusting attak of a kind that I couldn’t find in Google-research. Within half an hour from placing the dust (ETH), creating a smart contract call to swap my FTM to ETH, and stealing the ETH.
With me staring in disbelieve. .
I informed “Support” immediately with screenshots of all the digital trace left behind by the thieves.
More disbelieve when the only response i got from the “safest and most trusted” wallet was
a standard email, asking for account details. And another standard email two and a half days (!) later (“sorry for your loss…”) with tips how to avoid hacks. My type of hack not even mentioned. Tks for the condolences, but this was not a hack due to Grandma giving away the 12 words to a friendly voice in an Indian callcenter. This was a hack due to a loophole in the trusted wallets system. Met with Zero support by “support”. Meanwhile I had sent 7 emails desperately asking for support and feedback. No further feedback until now, 1, week later, by Trust Wallet,
Shedding a very dark light on the attitude towards the customer.
I’m hoping for support from crypto-influencers and customer-protection agencies . I’m 74, living in Bali without social net. 8000.-$ are cutting deep.
    Class-action way to go!

    (P. S. : I’m happy to backup all details by screenshots

  9. All of these bad reviews are from people who didn’t know what they were doing and got scammed by people impersonating TrustWallet support. That’s not TrustWallets fault.

  10. I do not recommend Trust Wallet. I got into it because of the positive reviews.
The TRUST WALLET support team is not very knowledgeable and simply gives template answers not specific to my question. I wanted to transfer MATIC tokens to stealthex.io to swap for ETHEREUM but I can only deposit MATIC MAINENET TOKENS at stealthex.io. So I took screenshots of my TRUST WALLET and asked the support team if my Matic tokens are on the MATIC MAINNET. THE TRUST SUPPORT TEAM could not answer my question and simply gave template answers that doesn’t help at all. I had to search for the answers for days on my own as I am new to cryptocurrencies as well. The trust support team may not even understand the technology very well and couldn’t answer my question. You need to be independent enough to search for the answers on your own, for my case, the stealthex.io support team helped some but it also took me a few days to come to the right answer-not giving up and keep asking stealthex.io for the right answer. The Trust Team needs to hire better support team who actually understands the technology and doesn’t just reply with template answers.

  11. One thing for sure Trustwallet has serious security issue as it’s customer service especially online is flooded with SCAMMERS !! oh yes it’s true and I’m still dealing with that. I don’t know if it’s an inside job orwhat? How can I create a valide ticket and get automated email response then few minutes later I get a text message on Telegram trying to guide me on my issue on a fake Trustwallet support page. Stay away from Telegram messages they are FAKE. When it comes to their customer support on the phone: you have a better chance to get a IRS agent quicker than that Stupid number so far I have called 56 times…got through 2 times just to see my calls dropped after few minutes😡😡WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE ⛔⛔⛔
Also I just read a 4 star 🌟review here which is probably FAKE too that is advertising a US phone number for customer service which is different on their official page !! Trustwallet is so infected with SCAMMERS ⛔

  12. I had a bad experience with trust wallet , I did some business on through fb and I was suppose to get a gift card worth 20k but the fees i worth 25k they increase the gift card 30k , and still no gift card the gift card is stuck a the department of state in my district , in order to to get the gift I must pay another $933 to get the gift card ,my answer to that payment it’s a no . Then I made a comment if fb some from trust wallet reach out to to help , so I took a leap of faith and still no help . I zelle $1020 for help and still no help , then the person say he was going to refund the $1020 still no , according to him the lady who got the mine refuse to zelle back $1020 . And he’s wants me to me but I should Barrow or get a loan so that he can help me out .
Trust wallet has a bunch of scammers and money hungry people working for them , this was not to get offended only scammers and money hungry people wold comment or feel som one type of way .
Then you expect me to leave a great feedback . Who in there right mind would .
Liars and scammers for you feel guilty .

  13. This is the worst system. Please don’t deal with this

  14. Don’t use them. They allow money to be transferred out without your consent. Basically a scam wallet. Don’t use them.
